Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. If you need to change or cancel your Drag me Up booking, please notify us at least 48h in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. 

 

Changes or Cancellations made within 48h of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows, without prior notice, will result in 100% cancellation fee.

 

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation.
